A note from Dustin Payseur--
‘Bunny’ is finally out there in the world! I’m so incredibly full of love that I can’t even find the words to express how I feel. This album has been my entire world for the past 6 years. It’s a surreal moment when it becomes public. I’m so, so proud of this album. I always say this when we release something new, but I really do think it’s my favorite Beach Fossils record. It’s easily my most personal and vulnerable, and I think it’s our best songwriting and production work to date. On Bunny, I’ve been able to express myself in ways that I haven’t before. With every new record I’m always pushing myself out of my comfort zone to create something new. Thanks to everybody who made this album real; my bandmates, my wife, my daughter, my friends, my family, the Bayonet crew and every single person on the Beach Fossils team. And thank YOU for listening. I could go on and on with a list of friends that I owe a massive “thank you” to, but I’ll be sure to tell all of you in person.
14 years later and Beach Fossils is still DIY and independent, there will never be any compromise on that. I’m so lucky to have an amazing team who believes in Beach Fossils and works hard to make it all happen.
